The first bus did not have ac like i requested. and the second bus was late

worst company i've ever used. unprofessional driver. bus smelled like smoke and driver didn't know where he was going. the attendees gave him better directions to the location than gps did. the bus was old and dingy and rusted on the outside. bus was slow in accelerationa and didn't function as newer buses did. Marrisa was the worst person to deal with. Very unprofessional and the owner never contacted me back. if there was more money involved I would've sued them for false advertisement and breach of contract

We were promised a beautiful bus but we got an old bus that was rusted on the outside. It didn't even have the company logo on the outside. The interior was dingy and outdated. It smelled like cigarettes and we had to spray for 5 min to get rid of the smell. The driver was confused and following gps that prolonged the trip. Marissa was the worst attendant and the manager never called back. Marissa denied and played down all the complaints and refused to refund any money. Never again will use or reccomend them.

I HAVE DONE MANY TRIPS WITH HOLLYWOOD AND THEY WERE NOTHING BUT THE ASBOLUTE BEST. MY DAUGHTER HAD A PROM WE USED THEIR PARTY BUS,SHE HAD THE TIME OF HER LIFE WHICH MEANT ALOT TO ME BECAUSE IT WAS A VERY SPECIAL DAY.ALSO WE USED THEIR 56 PASSENGER COACH BUS TO GO TO ATLANTIC CITY WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.. THE BUS DRIVER WAS VERY NICE AND THE BUS WAS SPOTLESS.. ALSO THE GIRLS THAT WORK AT THE FRONT DESK WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD..

Hollywood bus was a great experience for My family & I. The driver's were very helpful and curtious. We will be using them again in the near future

Hollywood is the worst. Stay away!!! They gave us faulty equip. and did nothing when we complained. The Driver was a bum, and ran off the road several times while sleeping when driving. We pulled over to let the driver sleep, but the ride didn't get any better. Several people saw a roach on the bus, and I am not talking about the brown one that crawl. However, this company needs to go out of business. I would not give this bus a rate but to leave a review I have to give it 1 star but my real answer is 0 on a scale from 1-10

Without a doubt Hollywood is the worst. Stay away!!! They gave us faulty equip. and did nothing when we complained.I've contacted the NY DOT to see if they violated the transportation code by operating in that condition.

They were the cheapest and that's about all I can say that is good about them. The bus drivers argued constantly the entire trip. The reservations agent gave me bad information which ended up costing me an extra $500. One of the drivers got pulled over twice by the cops for driving dangerously. The bus was in poor condition. The bathroom, the microphone, and the speaker system didn't work. Complaints to the owner met with zero sympathy and no apologies. All in all it was a very dismal experience.

we rented a 56 pass bus from HOLLYWOOD BUS & LIMO FOR A TRIP TO ATLANTIC CITY ,NJ THR TRIP WAS WONDERFUL WE WERE LIKE STARS DRIVER GREAT AND THE BATHROOM SPOTLESS

The bus broke down several times, the dvd player did not work, and the company was not willing to give a credit for either issue. The driver stopped the bus every couple of hours to smoke, and he was dressed like a bum.

One of the poorest in phone customer service Melissa the rep who is hoarse today and didn't want to work,slow to recieve the understanding of tone and yelling.She yells and hangs up on me.That my fault.Then her manager name unknown by name and Louie the owner over the phone who hasn't empowered his employees to make a decision in his absences.It's been 1year and a half to get the bus rental cost corrected on Bus Rates. com.. It's your business to take care of your business. When it starts off this bad before the bus arrives ,can't imagine what the ride would have been like all thumbs down.. It's 2010 nothin on the web takes that longer to correct
