We had a great experience from the booking to the end of the trip. Leonid was available every time we called with questions and he responded promptly with emails. We had a soccer team that needed to travel across the state and the price was fair, bus clean, driver prompt and courteous, and we all had a great trip. We will definitely be using this company for our next travel across the state. Thank you.

The Mgr.was always v.helpful. 28 seat Minibus was not good for 22Pax. with 25 suitcases, which had to be placed on back seats. Our East European Driver was nice but v. little English. So we did not know which were the important landmarks. Price was low, so we should not complain.Rating is 3 *

The driver was the best part of the package. There should have been two drivers, but my contact person 'the boss' gave no info to the driver until that morning. The bus broke down after running poorly for the first two hours. Up to that time our top speed was about 25 mph. After the bus was fixed we got up to speed, but we were very late. Our driver mentioned that he needed to stop, and that the trip was far too long. We mentioned that if the bus were properly maintaned, the trip would hve been an 8 hour drive instead of 16 hours. I would not use this company again. As i aid the driver was very kind and professional, but the boss-Leonid- does not know how to run a business or treat his people.

The service was good and the bus driver friendly. maybe excellent with more new buses.
