I had booked with Greyhound because we were running out of time and needed to pick a company quickly. The price that I was quoted was almost $300 less than the next cheapest company which scarred me a little. On the day of our event, the bus arrived almost an hour early and I spoke with our driver Jerry who gave me a tour and explained everything. The bus was an old across the road Greyhpund but it was very clean and in great shape. The bathroom was clean and a lifesaver with a bus full of little kids. Our driver Jerry couldn't have been nicer or more professional and even laughed as the kids chanted "Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!" to and from the event. I have had several people in our area ask me for the contact info for this company because they were impressed with them. I would highly reccomend Greyhound Charters.

We needed to get 10 buses for our event. Hans got us a great quote right away. Got us the paperwork right away, and has been a breeze to work with through the whole process!! He responds immediately to any questions we have had. Highly recommend!

This company offered the best price by far for our very frugal school event, which made up for the other disappointments especially after we didn't have a car accident. The bus driver got lost coming to our school and was not confident in their directions to get to our destination. While organizing this whole event and a school of students, it was frustrating not to feel confident in the driver. The driver also drove past our school, stopped, and illegally backed up on a major road in front of parents in order to drive into our school. Our parents became very concerned about the safety of the students on the bus after witnessing this! Fun. The bus driver seemed to know exactly where the front of their car ended, because he drove very close to other cars, I was uncomfortable in the front seat. But, the driver was otherwise polite, got us to and from our destination in a timely manner, and the price was fantastic. Make sure you prepare your own directions and bring your own GPS, because from the other reviews, this is a common occurrence.

Greyhound was well worth the charter. We had 4 different drivers on our round trip and all were great.We are already planning our next trip and Greyhound will be on the top of our list. Thanks Greyhound for a great and save ride.

The bus was clean. The driver was great. She was very concerned about our satisfaction and was on time. My only complaint was that there was no CD on the bus and we wanted to listen to Xmas music as it was an Xmas Party.

Arrived on time, courteous drivers, and reasonable rates. The event we attended ran over our scheduled time for the bus and we were a late returning past the extra alloted time they allow and they still did not charge more.

The driver was very nice. We made our trip quickly, safely, with no incident. The bus was clean and proper. I also got the best rate from Greyhound after pricing with several different lines.

Bus was on time and in good shape. The driver was polite. However, the driver got lost multiple times and could not call anyone for directions. We were very very very late to our destination and may not use Greyhound again.

Greyhound had buses available with little advance notice. The price was lower than other companies. The restroom was pretty clean and the drivers were friendly. Only problem: the drivers were not from the NYC area and didn't really know how to get to the destination. We got a little lost.

Grayhound by far is the most affordable and they do offer great service. Please make sure you do tell them to arrive on time. The first time they were late but the second time we used them, everything was perfect.

They sent us a beat up old bus (Los Angeles location). We did not even get 1 mile and it broke down. Gas pouring out of it. We had to grab all of our own cars and carpool to our corporate function.

Great trip, although it started with stress. More than a month before I needed the bus I booked the bus via e-mail. I completed all the forms and mailed them back to greyhound. So far so good. The day before we needed the bus I received an e-mail that the company was unable to charge the amount to my creditcard. I was under the impression that this was already a month ago. The day of the trip I managed to arrange a creditcard that worked for the greyhound and the delay because of this was only thirty minutes. The driver was very helpful and we managed to get to Boston even within the estimated time (even with the bad weather in February).

We used your service twice last year for extended trips. The accomodations were fine and service good.Our senior clients felt comfortable.
