I've been using Trans American for several years now with our large groups of students. I've always found the management very easy to work with, flexible and understanding of all the changes that happen with traveling by group. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, clean, polite, responsible and very reasonably priced.

I've worked with this company twice now, and had a great experience each time. The company is very flexible with custom request. For our first trip, for example, we had multiple pickup locations, and on our second trip we had an extra stop, and they were ok with that. The quality of the buses were nice, and we had a lot of fun partying in the bus with the built in sound system. Recommended.

The bus arrived on time. The students had wonderful trip. We have no complains. Drive back time took longer than normal due to traffic jam not the drivers fault.

We took a mini-bus on an 8 hour round-trip ride. The driver was so kind and helpful. The price was right and all-inclusive. Only difficult part was the booking process. It should be streamlined a bit more to have a more professional feel. The overall experience was fantastic! Thank you!

We were on a student trip to san francisco in summer 2011. This company was very helpfull in every regards, and our driver Kevin was very flexible when we wanted to change the destination and length of our trips. As we are from Denmark we had some trouble withdrawing enough money on our Visa card, but Tom was very helpfull in setting up an alternative payment method. There were some minor communication problems due to their not-exactly-fluent english, but all in all a great experience.

Booked a mini bus with owner Tom Liu, and confirmed it multiple times in the days leading up to our trip today. When bus was 20 minutes late we called the driver, who informed us he know nothing of any trip and was at home in bed asleep. Called Tom Liu who proceeded to say driver had misunderstood and was on his way but traffic was bad from Hayward (!). When I called him out on this and said the driver was at home in bed, he told me the driver lived close to the bus yard and was on his way. An hour later I was told the bus had left Fremont and was on its way (!). At this point, 90 minutes after the scheduled departure, we abandoned this Titanic of a bus company and rounded up our own group of vans to salvage the day as best we could. Bottom 1% of all companies in transportation. I'm sure they do some trips some of the time when they feel like it, but overall, I have learned and will never use this company again. Shameful conduct of business, the worst I've ever experienced,

I quoted with them for our ski trip and they gave us flexible bus service for time and size of group. And their service was great and on time. We really like them and would like to recommend them to our friends.

Excellent! I used this company for my graduadtion party in San Jose. We left from Hayward. I didn't want my guest to drive and drink so I used this company, I got a mini 32 seater bus and the service was great, they were on time and the driver was really nice. I had a great time and would use them again for sure!!

We used Trans America for about 10 events. In every case,Tom, the owner, was a real pleasure to work with. They were reliable and flexible. I will definately use them again.

I will use TAT again. Price was right, but more importantly the owners were helpful and listened to my groups special needs and met our special needs. Driver spoke both Mandarin and Cantonese, this was very helpful. Driver was nice, courteous and drove safely. Dual language skills come in handy. Bus is new, clean. I definitely will use TAT again. Trans American was the cheapest rate by far and very cooperative in communicating quickly and regularly with us and providing a good bus for our needs. However, we had a major blunder in which our bus didn't arrive on time at the right place. We think it was a communication error with the driver. Once we had talked to the owners they fixed everything and gave us essentially a full refund, (in addition to providing the bus for our return trip) so, although our experience was not particularly good, I wouldn't go so far as to give the company itself a negative review.

I used this company bus on 07/25. The bus is new and comfortable, the driver is very nice. so I will order this company's bus again.
