We contracted with USA Bus Rental for a round trip from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale to take our children to a conference. They were late to pick up but did get us safely to our destination. We spoke with the driver the day before our return trip was supposed to happen and that was the last we heard from them. They left us and our children stranded four hours from home and have not called or emailed since.
