For 30 people, round trip from nyc to new jersey, we received the cheapest quote from sunny. They replied fast, the bus was clean and tony the driver was punctual and polite. Nothing bad to say.

Sunny Trails is one of the BEST bus companies around. I shopped around and this was by far the most reasonable quote I received, I was a little skeptical but it worked out great. We had a party of 25 and I needed to get to the Philadelphia airport from central jersey. Tony, the driver arrived 15 minutes early, he was efficient and friendly. The bus was a 36 passenger with plenty of room for luggage. Sharon in the office was great and called the day before our trip to let me know everything was good to go. I would highly recommend this bus company to anyone thinking of using them. You won't be sorry!

We had great service from start to finish. Everything went just as planned. The bus arrived at the hotel 15 mins. early for 26 people with luggage and brought us all to NY pier, and was there at the correct time when we arrived back to NY taking us back to the hotel from where we all left our vehicles. Sharon and Tony did a fantastic job. Bus was clean and the drivers were very accommodating. Very happy with our service.

I am not often moved to write on-line reviews but in light of the fantastic service from Sunny Trail I felt I would be doing them an injustice if I did not share my fantastic experience. After completing my request through BusRates.com I received a number of quotes and ultimately decided on Sunny Trail because of their responsiveness to my questions and the competitiveness of their quote. I was setting up a round trip charter for a group of 16 children travelling internationally so promptness and cleanliness of the transport were my chief concerns. My main contact, Sharon, notified me of the driver's name and contact number a day in advance of the trip like she said she would when I was assessing companies months prior. This gave me a great comfort level ! When the vehicle arrived at the pick-up point (right on time I should add)I was thrilled to see the quality of the vehicle and how clean it was inside and out. And the driver was friendly too! The return trip from the airport went the same way, excellent communication from Sharon, on-time pick up, and the vehicle was clean and in great shape. Any time you are entrusting a company with the safety of your children you set the bar higher than you would for yourself. Sunny Trail exceeded my expectations and I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Sharon and everyone at Sunny Trail - you made me and a lot of other parents quite happy.
