The worst company ever!!!

They dropped the bomb on us two days before our departure to let us know that they don't have a bus available for our 11 days trip going from CT to Montreal/Quebec and Ottawa. After they cancelled the charter they actually had the nerve to tell us that they are not able to refund the money and that we should dispute the charges with out bank/credit card company.
Never use this company ever!!
The worst service I've ever encountered in my 15 years in the travel industry.

Well,our day started as a big disappointment. We specifically requested a bus with seatbelts, and receveid a bus without. Members of our party with car seats were forced to drive seperately. However, our driver was great. He was very knowledgable of NYC and acted as a tour guide. After the fact, we contacted the company about the mess up and they blamed the error on us! Poor business; but Great driver.

American Viking was extremely easy to work with. They worked with what we were able to afford, were punctual, and worked around the fact that buses are not permitted on the Palisades Parkway. Our wedding went very smoothly, and American Viking helped make it happen.
