This trip was for a surprise 40th birthday party. I faxed in the contract, received the confirmation, then the bus never showed. When called, they said they never received the fax. Moral of story...with this company, make sure you confirm your reservation SEVERAL times before your scheduled trip. I now have 45 people waiting for another bus..hope we get there! The person on the phone was less than helpful and needs to brush up on his customer service skills.

I felt very comfortable and safe with their clean and professional drivers. I often organize trips for senior citizens who need extra assistance boarding. They are always courteous and helpful when I need scheduling advice. I will continue to use Cavalier for my local and long distance travel.

We have used Cavalier twice now. The drivers have always been flexible and easy to work with. The buses have always been clean and in great shape. We will continue to use Cavalier.

Unprofessional and horrible services
We rented the 57 passenger bus for a trip. The bus is old and air conditioner was not working. Directed by someone in the company, the part-time driver checked and did not find any mechanical problems. I was with him all the time and he commented "he knows everything" before he handed my cell phone to me. I requested another bus and they could not do it and only had a old, terrible-looking 47 passenger bus. Our customers complained and two of them cancelled their trips and we had to drive our own 8-passenger van since they only gave us the 47 passenger bus. We drove the 57 bus to their parking lot to get the 47 one. We contacted the company and Mr. Pacer said "I tried to be nice and offered $200 rebate check for you. if you do not accept it, go ahead to hire your lawyer." Since the conversation, we have not received the check and they have not initiated any contact with us. We disputed the charge through our credit card company and will go to court with them if not solved to our satisf
