I requested and paid for a charter bus with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets so that college students could do homework and instead of Vision Tours notifying me that the bus I requested the day before they found a hole in the fuel tank on the day of my family trip a bus shows up that is dirty and the smell from the bathroom was so horrible that several people got sick. The driver of our bus apologized for the smell several times and was trying his best to help make the situation better and he was very friendly. This was the only positive thing about the trip. When I tried contacting Vision tours I received only an apology. They found the hole in the fuel tank the day before our trip. Why wasn't this bus checked out sooner than the day before it was scheduled to go out on the road. You would think after I spent well over $4,000 for a charter bus that they would have at least offered a partial refund or something other than an apology. I would not recommend Vision Tours to anyone and will not be using them in the future. My family had to suffer for 10 hours on a trip to and from that was suppose to be a family vacation but by the time we got to our destinations some where so sick that they could not enjoy the rest of the vacation. I was embarrassed and disgusted because my family depended on me to make sure the trip was comfortable and enjoyable and it was not. There were small kids on our trip as young as 16mths and Adults as old as 58yrs old. We were really disappointed.
