If you need professional and dependable service DO NOT use TNT. Our high school choir booked TNT for transportation to and from JFK airport. They were almost an hour late picking us up. On the return to the airport, they were 45 minutes late. Their excuse was that hotel security waved them away. Since we were standing outside the whole time and no bus drove by we knew it was untrue. The students and chaperones loaded and unloaded the luggage with no help from the driver. We complained to the company and they were not helpful.

TNT was great to work with. They were very accommodating and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process of booking the bus. The bus driver was on time, flexible with drop off and great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Virginia Trip to Kings Dominion Amusement Park

The entire group was pleased w/ the service, tardness, professionalism and competant of the driver. Our driver, Marcos A. Sanchez arrived ontime and spoke w/ knowledge, when asked questions. We left and it was smooth sailing to the park. He even got us there b/4 the park opened!!
We left the park @ 9pm heading to NYC..15 minutes later the bus caught a flat tire on I-95. Marcos pulled over to checkout the problem w/ 7 other guys @ his side. He called the CO. and help was on the way! (YEAH) This didn't hurt our trip 1 bit! We made the BEST of it! Things happen..who could we blame? We made it to a safe area and waited for help. We sat under the bus, YES, in the baggage area & played Spades! We turned what other's would've taken BAD into GOOD! 1 1/2 hours later help came and we were on our way! We arrived home @ 5:15am. We utilized TNT for transfers for a business trip to NYC (we also use them for our groups in the NYC area). What a treat they were. On time and the driver knew how to get around the city.

the guy came early and was patient with us. good price, efficient service. the only bad thing was the bathroom wasnt working. not happy about that but the service was still good.

The service was ok. One bus arrived late. And there was a billing discrepnacy as they said we left late, when in fact the bus was waiting untill traffic would allow them to pull away from the curb of our pick up stop. However, to their credit they did allow a bus substituion for a smaller size one week before the bus trip, so I would give their flexibility a plus rating.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, he was right on time leaving, picking us up at the games, dinners, etc. I would definitely recommend that service and driver to anyone traveling like we did. Bus was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
