One of the buses that were reserved "got lost" and didn't show up the day of the event, leaving us to sit on the floor in the aisles of the other buses. In addition, one of the buses didn't have AC and broke down further delaying the trip. Then, I left a bag on the bus and they were difficult to contact and when I finally spoke to someone they were automatically short with me and rude about the situation. I know I'm responsible for leaving it on the bus, but it shouldn't be so difficult to try to locate the bag. Nor should I be received with a rude response when asking about it.

No problems! Finally, a bus company that's on time! Even early! No breakdowns. Great driver. I would use them again.

Bus Trips was on time and the drivers were courteous. Complaints were; AC was out/off,no light in the bathroom. Driver had to go out of the way "longer trip" to get a fuel card.

The drivers were cordial and with 48 people, mostly teenagers, on the bus they were professional. The bus was in excellent condition and there were no problems, we have had several break downs on trips of this distance in the past, 30 hours. All in all a reputable company to do business with.

The bus drivers were very personable. The buses were clean and comfortable. Only problems we had 1. DVD player went out on one of the buses about an hour in to the trip. 2. one of the midpoint drivers did not show up, but drivers remedied the situation.
