When I signed up I explained that I was very disappointed with previous bus company. I promised group that if paid a little more money and went with New World everything would be in working condition. Some of the TV moniters did not work going there and the whole system did not work coming home.

Very clean, punctual,nice drivers,seamless transistion of drivers on long trips. Very accommodating. Would use this service again.

We took New World bus from Arlington,Va to New York. Great trip! I was not looking forward to this trip since I don't really like ground travel . But CHUCK our driver was soo friendly and new so much about NY and quizzed us to see how much we knew he made it fun.The bus was clean, and he gave us some advice on places to go or to avoid in NY. Im glad I made the trip but i'm sooo glad we got Chuck as our driver. : )

A small New World Bus was chartered for my Bachelorette Party from Maryland to Atlantic City, NJ. The driver was on time, knew how to get from A to B and back and was personable. The bus was clean and well kept. The bus made it easy for everyone who wanted to go with us to get to Atlantic City. I would definitely use New World again and again.

World Jamboree Troop 112 Trip from Virginia to Newark and return

Outstand customer service, support, equipment and drivers. Drivers earned 15% tip without question. On-time and supportive of the organizational needs - customer and safety came first.

Excellent Services & Nice Bus

I booked one bus from New World Tours and another from another company (because they were sold out). I truely love the service of the New World. The bus is very new, clean, and nice. The driver is very friendly and well-prepared with all directions (where the other driver of another company did not). I'd highly recommand it.
