I was very satisfied. The bus was on time for all 3 pick-up times and all of the guests seemed happy with the service. I spoke with the driver briefly and he seemed to be a very courteous and professional gentleman. Overall I was extremely pleased.

Bus driver wasn't much fun, tried to hurry people along as he had other routes to do and was quite grumpy. Wouldn't book again with them as we had a better driver with another company the year before - even though we paid more - he was worth it.

WUBS provided the bus transportation to/from one of our teen weekends. We were extremely happy with their service. On time, safe and affordable!

I wish they would take VISA at time of booking however excellent customer service!Got me to my wedding on time!

our bus rental was for a ride outside of the city for guests for a wedding. the bus driver was nothing but hospitable, friendly and safety conscious. From dealing with Bonnie via email to setup the bus rental to our driver making it a safe and fun ride, I was very impressed with the service. The only con was that I had asked for a 20 person bus rental and we got a full size bus, so there were many empty seats. It may have been a greener option to have a smaller bus but maybe none were available. Either way, it worked out well!

Special Olympics Ottawa had the pleasure of riding on Wubs transportation to participate in a softball tournament. Our driver was very friendly and accomodating. We got to our destination without a hitch and we were picked up again at the end of the day right on time. We had lots of equipment and our driver was very helpful and assisted our athletes in storing their belongings in the undercarriage. They were VERY well priced and we will continue to call on Wubs!!
