Our experience with Platinum was very good. They were 20 min late picking us up but other than that the bus was in good condition and the bus driver was great. The Band used the same company but had a very negative experience.

New Orleans Airport Shuttle

We had a very positive experience using Platinum Coaches in New Orleans. They offered us the best rate out of the three bids we requested, and everyone was pleased with the bus and driver. Our only problem was we were unsure where to meet the bus once we arrived in N.O., but once we found the bus, everything went smoothly.

For starters, the bus driver was late(1hr. 30mins), made a wrong turn, the television and dvd player did not work. On the way back, he tried to avoid traffic, got off the interstate and took back roads that took the same amount of time it would have taken staying on the highway.
But the driver was very nice.
