Trip to Nashville fantastic

Took a trip with Kewl Tours to Nashville for the CMA festival. The bus was clean and comfortable. They made enough stops for stretching and bathroom use. The Drivers were great. This tour included hotel accomidations and tickets. It was all taken care of quickly and efficiently. I never had to lift a finger. Our room keys and passes were handed out before we left the bus. Just great service all the way around. I would use them again for any type of bus trip.

The people at Kewl have never failed to accommodate our travel needs and always put the customer first. Why call anyone else, when you know you can count on Kewl to be there when needed.

Kewl Tours & Charters offered great service and quality value. We used them for our yearly company trip for King's Dominion and the driver was on time and very helpful. Their customer service was friendly and prompt in answering all of my questions. They also offered the best value for the service. I would definitely use them again!

Kewl tours took our family to Mississippi on June 19-23, 2008. They were such an easy company to work with. They were always available by phone or e-mail contact. Even though the trip was expensive, their deposit requirement was extremely reasonable. They changed bus drivers in an expedious manner. However, they changed at a location that the store/restroom area was closed and we had to make another stop as soon as the new driver got started. Our first driver started from Maryland and he was even familiar with the pick-up location in Virginia. The bus driver for the longest part of the trip was an outstanding driver, a nice family man and helpful. He thought of things we did not and was knowledgeable regarding rest stops, etc. Our only complaint is with our driver for the last leg of the trip home. His driving scared us!! He also didn't do things like - lower the bus for us to get off like the other drivers did (we had children and older people). He was unfamiliar with locations fo

Superior Service - Kewl Tours and Charters

I have used Kewl for four years for a two day shopping trip to Dresden, Ohio. They have accomodated our every need. Their buses are clean, drivers are courteous and very professional. In addition, many of my guests have told me that they have ridden with other charter bus companies but have never felt as confident about their safety while traveling as they do with Kewl. Simply said, they are good driver's on the road. Never a disappointment with Kewl. Superior Bus Company who goes above and beyond your expectations every time.
