I paid for a two party buses to take 120 people to dinner then to a formal event. When the buses showed up, there were two school buses not party buses. The company said the buses would have lights and surround sound. One bus did have surround sound but did not play CDs like I was told. It did not have lights. The other school bus didn't even have a radio. When I wanted the buses to get us from dinner, they weren't there and were late.
I was told that one party bus broke down on the way to pick us up, which is okay. However, I would have liked to be told this before. When I called the owner, he said that it was nice of them to even pick us up when the bus broke down. He interrupted me numerous times, stating that they are the best bus company (considered best by who? themselves??) He kept lecturing me and going very off topic form my complaint. When asking for some time of negotiation or discount, the owner said that I could have a discount for a future charter (why would I ever use them again?). He eventually said that the company would have a meeting in a week and a half and decide if they would refund me money. I have worked in customer service and have never encountered anything like this. Do not use this terrible company.

Don't be intimidated by some negative reviews here. However you should ignore the reviews that are overly negative or positive. Such reviews are not likely to offer a balanced view and some of them could be fake reviews posted to promote or demote a company.

The Customer is upset because we would not allow her group on a potently unsafe bus.
Post dated Oct 12, 20 12 : .Customer ordered 2 /47 passenger Party School Buses Oct 5, 2012 .
1.This Customer is not being truthful.
2. (Reason)The Driver notice during his pre trip inspection noticed that power steering fluid was leaking and deemed the bus unsafe to drive.
3.We will never put our customers on an unsafe bus for any reason.
4.(As for being Late) The buses never left the parking lot of their drop off location destinations and was never late.
5.After completing her safe and successful trip, she thanked and tiped the drivers.
6.The Customer was offered a 50% Refund because the backup bus did not have a Sound System and she was very unreasonable and refused the offer.
7.We have been successfully meeting our customer’s reasonable demands and doing what ever it take to keep them.

If you don't have to be anywhere at a specific time, Good Price
The bus showed up close to one hour late of the time agreed upon in our contract. Our trip was to a party barge on Lake Travis so we ended up losing 30 minutes out on the Lake. When confronting the owner about this issue he was unconcerned. His argument was that his company provided a good price up front and that the lost time was negligible. If time is an important aspect for you I would recommended going with a bus company that at least cares about it.

Student Organization Travel Date: 5/9/2011 and posted date 5/9/2012 is not true. We have never had a bus, one hour late, if the customer would have called the office, I would have given them my strict undivided attention. If that had happen and it was brought to my attention, the driver would have been fired, and a refund would have been discussed. We have been serving UT Austin for 15 years without any problems.
