Coach and Carriage was a phenomenal bus company who our school will use again and again. On-time, professional, CLEAN, and very service oriented. An OUTSTANDING company!!!

We used Coach and Carriage for an all-day trip from Jacksonville to Tallahassee. We had a 57-passenger bus (with restroom and DVD player), but less than 40 passengers. We were told that the bus would arrive at 6AM, but our driver arrived early - around 5:30...which was great! He was very professional, polite, and friendly. My concern is that he said that he had been driving all night - I think that the drivers should rest several hours before taking on new passengers - especially since our trip was all day. The drive itself was fine (2.5 hours). Our driver was very responsive to our needs during the trip. He took us to the college campuses and the state capitol and made every effort to get us to our destinations on time. We even watched a couple of movies druing the trip. The bus was clean and appeared to be in good condition. The restroom, however, had no toilet tissue - we were able to purchase some during the trip - although I don't know if anyone used it. I am a coach within the DCPS system, so I use buses frequently. These people were just plain better from the first call. On time, clean bus, polite driver.
