We used viptransonline to take our volleyball team to Williamsburg, VA for a tournament. Within an hour of the ride, the bus driver began talking and and scrolling through his cell phone. Not only is it unsafe, but it is against Federal law. If this wasn't enough, the bus driver began smoking while he was driving. Luckily, we made it to our destination safely. Day 2 of the trip provided more substandard customer service as the driver forgot to pick up one the teams from the hotel and they were forced to find transportation to their respective tournament sites. During a break from play, I requested that he take the girls to get something to eat. An extremely unpleasant exchange occurred as he informed me of what he wasn't going to do. On the third day, we were finally on the way home. During this time, he cursed out a few drivers on the road, smoked 3 cigarettes, and checked his cell phone at least 6 times. Once safely back in the district, I contacted the company at least 8 times (via phone calls and emails). David returned one phone call to say that he had just received my messages and would call me the next morning at 10am. I am still waiting for that phone call. I don't expect that David will return the phone call which is why I forwarded the situation over to the authorities. It's one thing to be rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. But it is another thing to jeopardize the lives of your passengers by knowingly and willingly breaking federal law.

I dealt with David who provided awesome service in getting me a competitive quote on a round trip from Aurora Ontario to Ft Lauderdale Dec 27 to Jan 6. then everything went wrong. He outsourced the service to ATS in Orlando and did not pay them.
The bus arrived 2 hours late. David had no idea where the bus was as the drivers cell did not work in CANADA. The bus came with 1 roll of toilet paper for 47 people and the toilet stopped working the first day. ( it was fixed the next morning). The contract called for WIFI , Flat screen TVs and it neither. The driver drove from 7 am to 3 am = 21 hours straight. He ran 5 red lights and went the wrong way on 2 roads at the Richmond Airport. We were promised 3 drivers. We had only 2. Felipe drove from Niagara Falls to Aurora to Richmond . VA ... 23 hours straight. The bus defroster did not work so he drove very slow as visability was poor with no defrost. A 27 hour trip took 36 .
To make things even worse they outsourced this to ATS in ORlando and did not pay them so no one came to pick us up for the return. ATS said they asked for payment on Friday and did not get it so did not come to get us. Basically Premier / VIP took all our money, did not provide the service promised and left us stranded in Florida, where we were forced to pay double to get us home. When trying to get issues on the bus fixed ( which ATS did while we were on a cruise) DAvid promised me a refund as well as he woudl not charge the balance on my credit card. Todate no refund and he did charge the credit card. These guys are crookes
