They gave us what we needed. They were reliable, responsive, and friendly (especially the driver -- thanks Frank). There were a couple snafus -- they couldn't call my phone because I have a foreign number (I am stationed in China), we didn't get a meeting place confirmed until the day of the meeting -- but they were responsive and worked with me to get around all these problems. They were exceedingly nice about everything. (Having a very friendly driver is a great benefit when you're trying to herd foreign delegates from one place to another.) They were on time and in the right places. Plus, they were the lowest bid we got. I figure that's all we can ask for. I'll definitely go to them first if we have another event in the area.

Stout's transport of the Capital Singers of Trenton

We were very pleased with Stout's. Our bus was very clean, our driver friendly and very accomodating - the ride was smooth - we would recommend Stout's and certainly use them again.

Overall the service provided was very good. The bus driver was very nice. The person at Stout's I dealt with was also very nice. The only "glitch" was when a change of plans required flexibility, I found the company not too flexible about changing routes even though it was well within the time I contracted for AND less distance driving. In the end I was able to resolve it.
