    Booking the bus was easy, going to look at the bus was easy and it was very nice when we went to look at it. Even the people was nice one being Tony Ridley I am assuming now because they got our money. The bus we requested they did not honor like they said they would, they driver was late, the bus looked old and run down, the air wasn't working etc.. The driver as nice and tried to do everything possible to help but they didn't accommodate us as told once they got out money. The bus didn't even advertise their company name on it, mind you we went to look at the bus before purchasing. I emailed Toni a week later June 26, 2017 and to date I still have not heard from her no apology nothing. Which she said for the driver being late is their fault and we will be taken care of. Nothing.. I suggest you all research these companies and pay attention to who you do business with I don't care what anyone says we was treated this way because of the color of our skin and they got our money and gave us crap service. WE WILL NEVRR RENT A BUS FROM THEM..

    I booked Sunway Charters months in advance before my wedding date. I had ALL my guests coming from out of town, and relied heavily on this company. I made this very known to Marsha Cox, who was the contact person throughout the process. I e-mailed Marsha several times as timelines changed slightly. She seldom responded. I called her a few times as well. She assured me that she made note of my itinerary for the driver, and that the driver was reliable. When I signed the contract, Marsha promised me the payment would not be acquired until the day of service, which was something that I really valued. I have heard of nightmares were the driver does not show up, and payment is never refunded. Several days before the wedding, I realized Marsha had charged my account for the transportation service. I called her, very disturbed, as it was in writing she would not do this. She assured me it would be fine, and the driver was reliable and to not be concerned. Now we reach the day of. First of all, the driver called me, the bride, 30 minutes before pick up time. I had made it known I was NOT the contact person that day because I would not be having my phone. The reason he called is because he was unsure of the address to go to. I was FURIOUS. After all that preparation and writing, they were clearly unprepared. That was the first red flag. But my mother in law took care of it, and my guests made it to the church on time. The next problem, however, was that he brought my guests 40 minutes late to the cocktail hour. They did not get any of the food I paid for that hour. And he did not notify anyone that he was running late. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this service. I don't recommend anyone counts on them to be reliable, prompt, or trustworthy.

  • Disappointed

    I used Sunway Charters 2 years ago for a wedding and they went to the wrong church. It was across the street from the church we were using so I assumed it was an easy mistake. We used them recently for another wedding and the Trolley driver was fantastic. One of our larger buses delivered everyone correctly but our second large bus driver had no idea where he was going and took 30 minutes to go 2 miles due to getting lost. This is the last thing you would expect from a professional company especially on a wedding day. To top it off the same bus driver was taking guests to the reception and went down a neighborhood street that is not suitable for buses and got stuck. Guests had to go door to door asking people to move their cars. Obviously I couldn't recommend this company for any event considering they couldn't provide a driver that could navigate going from the Southpark Marriot to St. Gabriel's Catholic Church.

  • Excellent Service

    Sunway was a delight to work with. I would call in to ask questions or confirm details, and the receptionist Marsha would remember me right away and pull up my trip details. They are so easy to work with, and I even had to make some small changes to my itinerary and they were completely helpful with that. The coaches were well cared for and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. Thanks Sunway.
