Overall, the bus service we had was better than average. The only thing that upset us, was that the driver insisted on stopping on the way to our destination, so our athlestes would deficate in a public tolet ather than in the lavatory provided on the bus. We were not real happy about having to stop and use public facilities, considering we paid for the use of the lavatory on the bus.

a choir took a trip to new york 4 years ago and used the pioneer lines. The busses broke down, they were old, dirty, not up to code. when we stopped for a break the drivers rushed the kids back on the bus because the busses werent up to code. they were not what we asked for or reserved! it was an horrable time. biggest mistake by going with pioneer lines!

Pioneer Coach Lines Review

We had a good experience with Pioneer Coach Lines. The driver was courteous and the bus was clean. We had two participants with physical impairments, and they were both able to access their seats without a problem.
